They changed my debit order date without my consent and my bank charged me R150,00 for a bounced debit order fee.

When I got my car financed my Nedbank MFC we agreed on a debit order of the 27th of every month, this month the attempted to debit my account on the 25th which resulted to my bank charging me R150, 00 for a bounced debit order fee.

I called their office to complain and asked that am reimbursed the R150,00 that I incurred because of them not honoring our debit order date and their consultant was rude and hanged up the phone on me.

I regret financing my car with this bank, and I don't recommend them.
