They act like they care

I received an SMS from MFC claiming that they want to assit us during this pandemic I then chose one of the options there and immediately received an SMS saying that they are unable to process my request .Wow not even a phone call or anything ?? I do not understand how they came to decision that they wont help me .Is it maybe because am black ??
