The Worst Service Provider

If I could give NO star or a half star rating I would. I asked MFC for a settlement on my car finance. As I would like to settle the account, I have had so many issues with them since I've purchased thr car. I don't want to be a client of their's any longer and I'm sure they'd like to be rid of me as a client too. All my other loans from other banks, I've gotten good settlement offers, all I get from MFC is a couple thousand rand off my account if ai want to settle. I even asked to speak to the consultant's manager to see if I can maybe get a better discount on my settlement, but she refused to even put me through to her manager and said that, the amount she gave me is the best they can do. Then I email them the next day to ask again if they can review the amount and give me a better offer and once again they refused and said that it's the best they can give me. I will NEVER recommend MFC see to anyone to have their vehicle financed through them, they are the worst service provider I've ever dealt with. So pathetic that they won't even try. They were the only service provider that NEVER gave me a break during Covid, always threatening to take my car. So, if I'm such a horrible client, why not give me a settlement I can afford... then they will be rid of me as a client and then I can Finally be rid of them as a service provider.
