The worst service from a bank ever

MFC is the worst company to deal with, A year ago I ask them for a payment holiday. so that i could pay for the access on my car that is financed with them. There response was you dont have the account for a year. Last month I ask them for one again this time the where unsympathetic to my request and response just request declined. My salary was paid into my account late yesterday 28July but they have a hunting system in place and as soon as the salary was in they deducted Today I receive a call to say i have not pay my account and my bank statement shows the deduction. The consultant was rude and abrupt to say that I should call MFC urgently for their failure to allocate my pay which they deducted from my account via debt order is this how you treat your clients. No wonder you have no business.
