The worst at worst

I wish there were stars with a negative value because they deserve a negative 5, wow. I wrote my review on Thursday after hours, I wasn't expecting to be called back on that day. Then I get a call on Friday morning around 10, in fact 4 missed calls that are 5 seconds apart if not less. I couldn't answer because I was in a meeting. Since then I didn't get a call, to me logic would say that this person is currently busy, I'll call them later. Today it's Monday 12:00 and still, no call, no sms, no email. So no one at MFC even bothers to look at their complaints I guess because I'm still a very unhappy customer. And to think I'm going in circles for something that is not even my fault, WOW!
