THE REPLY

MFC what a reply......

Kindly note client will have to pay the full arrear and the additional cost for the mechanic and the towing company to be able to release the vehicle . Furthermore vehicle in very bad condition documents attached for ease of reference. Customer mentioned to us that the vehicle with his uncle for repairs why did he charged for the release of the vehicle . The customer however signed a termination and by doing so he did agree to the voluntary surrender of the vehicle Any complaint as such to the Ombudsman directed to us, will be answered accordingly – Account was in arrears and the customer did sign a voluntary surrender document. Trusting you find the above in order. Kind regards
