Furthermore vehicle in very bad condition documents attached for ease of reference. Customer mentioned to us that the vehicle with his uncle for repairs why did he charged for the release of the vehicle . The customer however signed a termination and by doing so he did agree to the voluntary surrender of the vehicle Any complaint as such to the Ombudsman directed to us, will be answered accordingly – Account was in arrears and the customer did sign a voluntary surrender document.
