I have missed one installment on my car due to my wife being on unpaid maternity I have contacted MFC to make payment arrangement and we have agreed on an amount higher than my original installment to settle the arrears in the next few months. I have thereafter been harassed by debt collectors even while adhering to the agreement and paying monthly the agreed amount. NO PHONE CALL from MFC only debt collectors and then they make you liable for the 509 fee overtime they hand you over and this happens monthly. I have been a client since 2019 and one missed installment they hand your account over even after agreement was made and then charge you for it.
