I phoned MFC on Friday on behalf of my dad to enquire about the licensing document for one of his vehicle's. The gentleman who answers asked to speak to my dad to verify his info. I asked if it would be at all possible to get someone to ask the questions in Afrikaans. My dad is almost 80 years old, hard of hearing and forgot his hearing aid at his home. This gentleman actually went as far as to get an Afrikaans speaking lady to assist. Well done to MFC. Unfortunately I can't remember their names.
