Terribly slow service, empty promises, draining experience.

Promises of "5-10 days for a P2P financing application" (I am on day 13 with nothing to show), "will e-mail you shortly" (no, they won't), "will be ready by Friday" (it's Tuesday and not ready as yet), etc. are made to let you as customer feel as if you're going to get service from this company. The reality is, they don't keep to anything they say, and you have to follow up everyday just to keep the ball rolling. Even with that, you don't get the service you expect - you just go to bed knowing you did everything from your side. For a well known institution - they clearly have NO worry about their reputation or level of service delivery.
