Terribly shocking experience Nedbank MFC

Terribly disappointing service with MFC. I had to call 5 times in one day to try speak to an agent to provide me with an explanation on documents that I was asked to send but had not been notified via email.

There is no direct contact number to speak to the Admin department, all I am told is to wait for 24 to 48 hours. I've been a Nedbank customer for many years and never have I experienced this level of service before.
