Terrible Service MFC

I am very disappointed with the service from Mfc I was unemployed from April 2022 and advised Mfc of my unemployment.I even advised them that I was paying using my UIF payment.When my UIF was stopped I advised MFC I will be starting work in May and asked for a restructure and advised however will be on 6weeks training and will only start receiving a full salary in July 2023.I was asked to send my unemployment documents,my new employment training contract and my letter of employment from the company.I did advise the collections agent that I will send it through as I was waiting on the Hr to provide information.I did send through all documents but was handed to the legal department.This is very unfair as when I was employed and paying with my UIF Mfc was glad to take my payment but when I advised I required assistance to restructure the months I missed when not working MFC was quick to hand me to their legal team.I have been emailing but have gotten no response from the guy handling my matter.There is a lady from an external company however contacting me.Mfc it seems you don't want to assist your customers that faced distress due to Covid and only want to make money of us if there's no money there's no help.
