Terrible Service

MFC are a bunch of *********** individuals with no customer orientation what so ever. I want to warn people to never use this less than average bank. They stopped running debit orders on my account about three months ago and I had to phone in every month to beg them to deduct. This month the same thing happens and when I phone in they are telling me that my banking details have been removed from their system and they do not know who removed them. During this entire time I was speaking to Mushfeeqa Sandan who dismally failed to follow-up the matter to its finality and instead was very evasive when confronted about her failures.
