Terrible Service!!!

I finished paying my car which was financed by MFC a few months back. I have gone through very tough financial times the last 2 years but eventually I got the car finished paid- every cent!!! Unfortunately I cannot seem to get the paid up letter from MFC!!! After speaking to countless people on the phone and being passed continually to another person and then another and another and another I am now really gatvol!!!! A certain person called Tabogo in Pretoria is totally unreachable and unresponsive Ag no man!!!!!!! Just send me the darn paper or is that too difficult???, What kind of an operation do you people run???,
