TERRIBLE SERVICE: 2 MONTHS TO GET THINGS DON AND STILL WAITING!!!

<p>I have had the worst service.</p> <p> </p> <p>For nearly two months I have ben trying to sell my written off car. </p> <p>I sent the first email on the 20th of Feb after it took a week for you guys to get back to me about the process.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have submitted all my docs and still nothing is happening. The buyuer has sent his email of purchase offer and everything. </p> <p> </p> <p>i cant get ahold of the person who is handling my account or the team leader in Collections and Recoveries , after my numerous calls for him/her to call me back. I got their direct number and the phone jsut rings.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now i hear that the person handling my case might not work their any more. What the actual **** is going on there????!!!?? </p> <p> </p> <p>I searched forever for a buyer for my car and now I must ask him to wait even longer than the 3 months he has been waiting..
