Terrible financial Institution. Its pathetic 😒 🙄

What unprofessional Financial institution you are😭. I bought my vehicle being financed by them, mid October. Agreed debit date is the 25th( according to my debit mandate and my bank app) But you debited on the 30th. I requested that December debit order must go through on the 22nd, and consultant said it eventually it will go through but till today, debit order hasn't gone through. Not even in your wildest dream, don't ever CHOOSE MFC to finance your vehicle. Level of incompetency is Unmatched
