Terrible customer service and and nobody keeps to their word

I have a big account with Nedbank MFC for my BMW. My first problem was in January 2016, i know i had taken out a rim and tyre policy in February 2015 when i bought my car as i was sent the documentation. However, when i called to claim i was told that no i dint have the policy.

Second problem is that in June 2016, i was retrenched, So i called MFC and tried to freeze the account to which they told me i dont have a credit life assist on this account!!!!! What??? So i expalin that i do and i signed for it, i even have the credit life assist on a smaller personal loan i have with Nedbank so why wouldnt i take it for this big car account? So none the less for the past 7 months ihave still not phone employment and i have been **** to by MFC. First my acount goes into arrears, then they say i should pay the arrears and then we can go into an arragment for a reduced amount (i even told them that i want to go under debt review as i know i wont be able to pay the full installment), but the lady said no, pay the arrears and then i can pay just over half the installment for three months.. First month was fine, then the second month i could only pay the installment at the end of the month and i was told sorry the arrangement is cancelled!. And thats how its been for the past few months!! In december 2016,there was a guy from MFC who called my mum saying they are comming to take my car, i called the guy and luckily i had just received money on that day, so i was able to make a payment that day. So i made the payment and the guy said that he will help me with a new arrangement from January. So in January i was not able to make a payment and no arrangement was made. I have a guy called Grant from a debt collector firm comming to my house to say that they want to reposess my car. I am disgusted with MFC and yes i acknowledge that i have a problem to pay for the car, but i am paying and you are receiving money, and big deposits like 30k, yet, you refuse to go into an agreement. Now i am told that they will reposes the car as it is in arrears? we tried to sell the car, but we where going to sit with the short fall. So if there is anybody from MFC or anywhere else that can please advise me on this. Even if i give the car back i am told that i will still be liable for the balance?
