Telephone ettiquette
Hello MFC team. I just received a call from one of your consultants in Durban. I politely asked the guy to please phone at 1. His response was: No, no, no. Why must I do that? I explained I am at work and I am not allowed to use my cell phone ESPECIALLY IF THE CALL WILL TAKE SO LONG. He then asked why at 1? I said that will be my lunch time. He continued to ask more questions: are you at work now? where do work? I then dropped the phone. I do understand they are doing their jobs, however I think it's only fair for them to at least consider my request. Numbers were ***/14
