Taken For Granted

With the intention of traveling out of the country on Sunday the 15th of December 2019, l called MFC on Monday 9th of December 2019 to request a boarder letter to which l was informed on Wednesday the 11th of December l would have got the letter. To which during the call, MFC requested my insurance details which l gladly provided. On Thursday l was then informed of an internal investigation which l was on Friday the 13th of December 2019 was to ascertain the validity of my employer and employment due to the fact that the Engineering company l work for has its head office within an Estate. There was then a necessity for MFC to determine if its a legitimate company.

My question was this verification not undertaken when l submitted documentation for the vehicle finance? l have been paying as required by MFC and provided insurance documentation. My other question is where is the issue, is it the fact that lm traveling abroad or the integrity of the of the Engineering company or me as an individual?

Can then MFC take its vehicle seeing lm not a worthy customer when its time to travel abroad.
