Struggling to obtain a paid up letter

I paid the final balance of a shortfall after I returned a faulty car that MFC auctioned. I am still struggling to get a paid up letter. Instead Thabiso Maja and his Team Leader Frans Mokoewena have been unavailable for the past 2 days.. I have a pending deal with Standard Bank and need the paid up letter. Nobody bothers to give any timelines
