Struggling to get a quotation
So I am looking for additional cover for my vehicle like the service plan options, rims and tires etc. I have tried getting a quotation online but I always just get an error. I have send a mail to care@... I also requested a call back. When MFC does phone me and I answer, there is just nobody who replies back. I would really appreciate it if I can finally get a quotation from MFC. Please communicate via e-mail and if we need to, we can schedule a call. It is really frustrating struggling to just get a quote.

15 Apr 2024, 14:36To get assistance or any kind of service from MFC is impossible. You can't get a quote online, you can't get a reply if you send an e-mail as they just send the same standard responses. Complaining about them is no use. Trying to get a hold of them over the phone is impossible.
4 or more calls in 2 days from agents and still no quote. I can now only assume that they are not interested in providing a service.
