Stressful, unfriendly and no response to mail

I have been unemployed for 2years, my mom used to help me pay my installment. I couldn't get a permanent job, so I opted for a learnership. I advised mfc of such and mailed proof to them. MFC still has not gotten back to me regarding that. Their advisers are rude, treating me as if I am irresponsible. I do my best to communicate with them. Faith advised me to write a mail and mail it to collections, which I did. They still have not assisted me in that regard. I have advised them on mail and when I do speak to them to please call me after 12 as I have class in the morning. They still call me in the morning and I don't appreciate their level of rudeness as if I am not responsible. I always pay my account and when I M able to pay all, I advised in writing. MFC is really stressing me out as a veh is not a luxury for me, but it's also safety as I am living with albinism and was once attacked. Hence I asked them for assistance with my installment.
