STOP PUTTING THE PHONE DOWN ON MY EAR

Good Morning, May your call center agents stop buzzing my phone please! every time I answer and wanting to have a conversation they keep putting the phone down on my ear and its starting to get irritating because on your system it appears as though I was not available as a result get billed for it. I am starting to get really annoyed by this!
