Stop calling me MR when I am a DR...

Dear MFC <br> <br> After obtaining a Doctoral degree in August 2014, I provided you with a copy of my certificate so you could update your records accordingly. Month after month, you send me statements bearing a title MR and when I call or send e-mails to complain about this, your staff give a guarantee that my next statement will bear the title DR. I received my statement today (9 Aug 2015) at the post office, and it STILL bears the wrong title. <br> <br> It is apparent that your attitude is that this is a non issue. Well, this is a big deal to anybody who knows what it takes to study for and obtain a Bachelor's degree, let alone obtain postgraduate degrees (Honours & Master's) until a Doctoral degree. <br> <br> I am very disappointed to see that you continue to insist that I am a MR, when a Doctorate has been conferred upon me and submitted the proof you said I should avail to you. <br> <br> What more PROOF do you still want from me to stop calling me MR? <br> <br> An academic Doctor <br> Centurion<br>
