****** Installment!

I missed an installment in December and when someone called to ask for an arrangement, I requested them to double deduct on the next payment due date. Alas! Come the 26th of January and they had made a triple deduction! 3 amounts of R7050 each. Do I look like P Motsepe who has money lying around to contribute to MFC? I went into a Nedbank branch, called and emailed the MFC people and Zinia and her team leader Elenia Segage cannot reverse this third amount which they acknowledge was debited in error. They continue to proudly tell me to run around to my bank (more effort for their error on my side) instead of stopping the pending transaction. This will affect my other debit orders and who will pay for the reversal fees?? MFC can you reverse that money into my account with immediate effect! This is ******* in broad daylight in the hope that someone wont notice.They must compensate....
