Still terrible service

I lodged a Hello Peter complaint and you closed it despite me coming back to you and saying it was not resolved. YOU STILL HAVE NOT RESOLVED MY ISSUE ON MY ATTEMPT TO CLAIM AGAINST MY PAINT PROTECTION COVER???????Why would I have received quotes on a warranty then, if I did not request quotes. Can you not listen to the call before claiming that a client is lying, what does my initial complaint also speak to. I agreed to send the dealer request once I compared quotes,..... STILL NO MENTION ON MY CLAIM?????
