STILL no resolve - poor service

Ayanda called me to update my banking details and confirmed for me that my first payment was only due 29 December. Ayanda was wonderful.

HOWEVER, this is now the second time I have had to complain about my revised addendum and the lack of communication and service from MFC. Ayanda put me through to collections as they are the ones who need to handle this. I spoke to Dustin in collections who number one kept cutting me off when I was talking, number two sounded very irritated and number 3 put the phone down on me. This is now the second time someone from collections just hangs up on me. All Dustin could do was tell me it has been escalated to a manager which I'm still waiting to hear from and apparently a note was put on my profile stating this R752 was takes.

Firstly I was told the R752 was a penalty for no payment in November even though payment was not due for November and now I'm being told it's taxes. This is a major contradiction.

Dustin then told me to check my statements. The last statement I received was 03 October 2020 when my agreement was last revised. It's now 13 January. I have not been told by anybody during this whole process throughout 2020 that I would be liable for any sort of tax. I have not received that in writing, yet I am supposed to accept this.

This is now really getting ridiculous and I am extremely irate! I have been a loyal client of MFC for 10 years now and my word I have never encountered such poor service the way I have been experiencing with regards to this. Nobody wants to take any responsibility to resolve this for me. It's absolutely shocking.
