ONCE again MFC went into my account to take whatever they feel like.

No Consent was given for the action, please show me where I agreed to this!!!

Please REMOVE my bank details with immediate effect as this was not done- I ASKED YOU TO REMOVE IT TWO MONTHS AGO ALREADY!

Also, the full amount of R4298 PLUS my normal installment was debited AGAIN after I said I will pay the amount of R1800 in this month.

Please can you URGENTLY remove my bank details from the system and refund the R4298 minus R1800.

R2498 to be refunded to me as I NEVER agreed to this.

MFC should really start LISTENING to their clients needs.

We all struggle in todays life and it is honestly not right to just go into an account and do as they please AFTER arrangements were made.
