Stay far away from MFC and their products (repayment protection)

<p>Stay far away from MFC and their products to save your family from unnecessary stress. I had to fight for them to settle my late mother account who had a non-credit life (repayment protection) with them. They say/claim “MFC, a division of Nedbank, specialises in vehicle finance, so you know you’re dealing with an expert when it comes to your car”. However, their *********** consultant assigned to my case kept referring me back to Regent instead of advising me… “Kindly contact Regent on ********** 500 & explain to them” she said… MFC consultant: “MFC was acting as a middle man in order to assist with the speeding up of the process”</p> <p> </p> <p>I fought for more than 3 months until I reported the case to the complaints manager… booooom the case was resolved within 5 hours with no extra information provided to MFC. Just unnecessary stress caused by their *********** consultant.</p>
