Stay away

I've got a call from MFC Tele sales for an added warranty on my car,but the car is registered on my husband name,no problem with me doing this, a debit order went out of my account with a R300 extra,no im calling in and no body wants to assist me, because its not registered in my name, now they need a letter from my husband before they will deal with me, but they didn't needed a letter for me to take out this warranty under he's name, it's all about the sales for them, they are useless.
