Statements never recieved for 5 years

MFC is financing my car since 2017. I have been receiving notifications monthly on my Gmail account but not Statements. it's been 5 years now asking them for my statements with no win until today when a call centre consultant picked up my email address on their profile is incorrect. How because all other correspondence i do receive. When i opened my statement there is still R 190 000 owed, but how.... where are my other statements
