I have been calling and sending emails to fix my debit order and debit check but no one is willing to assist. For the past 6 months MFC is unable to fix my problem all they do is to call me and say my account is in arrears. They always says calls are recorded i wonder what is the quality assurance officer is doing when listening to my calls if ever they do listen at all
