Sort out your mess

2 months ago I changed my bank account details and while doing so I also informed Mfc that my salary date changed and that I should be debited on the 27th going forward. Mfc only actioned half my request for the bank account details and didn’t change the debit date so 25th comes you debit and no money obviously … I immediately enquirer why you debited and hat it should have been the 27th next thing I get notice letters of arrear account .. Saturday you debit me again and get your money yet the notice letters and sms don’t stop!!! This is totally unacceptable and not my fault I asked for all the call recordings where I spoke to you and no one gets back to me between Mfc and nedbank who changed my debit order you need to sort your mess out you one in the same company you are negatively impacting my credit records !! Sort out your mess!!!!
