SMS notification of account being in arrears despite no proven history of skipped monthly payment

I've just received an SMS notification which read as follows: "Your vehicle/asset account (******x01) is reflecting an arrear amount of R1 590.51. Please effect payment or contact us on ***. MFC"

The ironic thing is that I've never skipped any payment both to my knowledge and according the their statements and mobile application.

Their "latest statement" reflects the last payment to have been made on the 25th of December 2021 with 16 months remaining.

The mobile application correctly reflects 14 months remaining taking into account January and February 2022's payments.

Where does the arrear amount of R1 590.51 then come from?
