Slow to return money

<p>I settled my account early (today in fact) only to be told that a) it takes 48 housr for them to recognise it and b) they havent time to stop my debit order and c) I must contact them again when they have taken the debit order to prove they took it and to ask for it to be refunded. After that they will make me wait 10 working days before they actual pay it back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now, they managed to take moneyt out of my Nedbank accoutn every month for the last four years so why cant they a) know they have taken too much and b) refund it immediately withoyut me asking them to.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
