Shortfall ends up becoming a longfall.

I received a loan through MFC where they included a shortfall set up. I phoned in 2017 to cancel the shortfall assuming it had been done. Only to realize after selling my the vehicle, they are still deducting the shortfall amount every month. I tried calling numerous amounts to follow up however, I cannot even get through to a consultant. Very disappointed!
