Shocking service from a big establishment

Shocking shocking service. My contact information was updated incorrectly, not by any fault of mine. I received a FICA notification, the agent confirmed that it's not from them and when I asked for it in writing she placed me on hold for 20 minutes and dropped the call. No call back, no email, no courtesy. Absolutely shocking service. I expect a call back now!
