Shocking Service and simply theft

This has been a nightmare. My sister passed away, had a vehicle with no cover, my 81 year old mother paid the debt to prevent MFC from sitting with a loss, I made an error and paid the outstanding balance instead of the settlement balance resulting in an over payment of over R50.000. I notified MFC and Capital Legacy immediately on 8 November 2022, over and over again until I lodged a complaint and it was paid out last week. However, MCF decided to pay the excess money to an Estate Late account controlled by Capital Legacy who did not make the payment, instead of the third party who made the payment, proof of payment was issued. And now its too bad, your mother has lost her Money. That's how you get treated. Another thing, the NATIS documents are still outstanding even though the account was settled on 7 November 2022.
