Shocking service!!!!!

<p>I have a life insurance policy on my car with mfc. This policy was through mfc when i purchased the car. In May 2016 i cancelled this policy, seeing that I have same coverage with my own insurance. End of May the installement still went off my account. I emailed Mellisa Pillay a consultant asking why it has not been cancelled. She notified me the cancellation was not prossesed and I formally notified again on the 3 June 2016 to cancel. I even received confirmation that it will be cancelled within 24 to 48 hours. After checking my bank statements in November 2016 I realised that it is still going of my account. I phoned mfc again and emailed them again and they said it has not been prossesed. Which is very concerning as I cancelled it twice before. I formally cancelled again for the 3rd time and request a refund because i did cancel it in May and in June. After sending all the proof emails that I have cancelled before and the confirmation emails stating that. A mfc consultant notifies me that i wont receive a refund because i did not cancel it directly with the life insurance institution. I was never notified that i had to do it directly with them. And if that was the case why is it suddenly fine now that i cancelled it with mfc but was not fine to cancel it with them in May and in June.??????? And why did I receive confirmation that it will be cancelled within 24 to 48 hours????? But it wasnt!!!! I want the refund . This is not acceptable and i will take this further with all the proof emails that i received from mfc.</p> <p> </p>
