Shocking Nedbank and MFC

Struggling to get to the Assisted Finance, I've never been shunted around so badly. Nobody takes ownership and keeps referring me to the wrong department. I am so fed up and want to close all my accounts with Nedbank. It's so infuriating, does anyone actually work there?
