Shocking call center agent

Good day,

i just had an unpleasant call from one of your agents at MFC, which I belive is one of your divisions. I was trying to make a payment arrangement, but instead I was lectured by your Call Center agents who told me that I need to be fair on my side. Her name is Phindile the call was around 9:15AM Ttoday.

I was not even able to make an arrangement instead, I was told to just pay my bills. What kind of a service is this honestly. Please listen to the call and let me know if is this the right way to speak to a customer.

I worked in customer service and never in my life have I spoken to a customer like this.
