shirking responsibilty

I paid up my vehicle last year. received yellow forms, paid up letter, and copy of id for companies proxy. Somehow, between myself and the licensing offices, these documents were lost/unprocessed. i need a copy of the yellow forma, and ID copy of the proxy, so i can go and stand in line and process title change. I get bounced from pillar to post, and no one can help me get these documents. Kgomotos Mathebula, changed roles between last week Monday and today, and is no longer interested in assisting me to conclude this issue...According to her the docs were sent last monday, and take 5-7 working days to arrive, it's day 10, and i still have not heard from the receiving bank.I tried calling the call center, they put me on hold for 10 minutes, only to tell me to contact the legal dept. Providing a non existent telephone number. No one is able to confirm or trace these docs... I urgently need these documents, to be able to sell the vehicle...
