Settlement of car not processed

After settling my car last month and being informed that I will receive my NATIS document in 10 working days on 30 March 2022. To-date, 26 April 2022 I have received nothing and my bank account was debited for the vehicle installment. This is wrong and I had to make arrangements with my bank to get the monies back. I am not happy that I had to follow-up on a committment that was never honoured by your company and I am extremely disappointed.
