Settlement enquiry

<p>A settlement am out was given to me.... paid the amount it changed there after again .... interest is being charged.... when asked for the telephone recordings of the first call they said they can't find it.... me the customer is getting billed for this utter cap service. Never ever again will I deal with MFC.</p>
