Settelment still same as 4 months ago

I have contacted MFC on the 26th of September 2017 to get my Settelment amount which they sent, 4 months later Today i contacted them again and the settlement is still the same since my debit is (R3033) multiply by 4 gives R12132 this has not yet been updated they made me hold 15min because they want to check and i got cut off nobody contacted me i have the recording and name of lady who assisted me. What am i to do if nobody wants to help
