Service Plan cancellation

I have requested cancellation of a service plan the days after i had accepted the offer. I was advised incorrectly on exactly how it works and how much i will be paying for this. I have called your call centre nemerous time and unfortunately the only thing that the could assist with was forwarding the request to a different division/department.
