Service Plan Cancellation
On 23rd February 2015 I requested that my Service Plan to be Cancelled and cancellation documents were sent to on the 26th February 2015 which i completed them and emailed back to MFC the same day. I was told it takes 21 day to cancel, which I had no problem, today (24/03/2015) I call MFC to check if my Service plan was cancelled and it wasn't. Now there isn't any Team Leader or Manager that I can speak to about this matter.
