service plan

I'm Justice mashaba purchased a service plan with MFC of which they said will cover my car for 24 months and my car is currently at 70000 so when I read their documentation they only covering me for 2 services since it say from 75000 km to 90000km but paying for 24 months that's a big ****. now cant get hold of them they keep transferring my calls no one wants to assist.
