Service plan
I agreed to take a service plan on my vehicle which I was told it would be R112 per month for 2 years meaning total would be R2688. I just received an addendum to agreement from MFC and when I check the amounts they are inflated. They added an amount of R5406, 08 to my capital amount now. I want this fixed or remove your service plan because you are ****** you rob your clients.

You can even pull the phone call recording of when the telesale was made, you will hear that your saleslady said R112 per month additional to my installment for only 2 years. I am unhappy, if it wasn't too late I'd have been considering finance with another bank which will not rob me like you are trying to. Please remove your service plan I'll take it elsewhere or I'll save up for it myself. ******....!!!
