Service for my Dent and Scratches insurance claim

I have taken an insurance for minor dents and sratches for my car. The insurance is with MFC. I jave registerd a claim with them about a month ago. They have sent me service provider to go ans look for quotes. I jave done that and submited evrything that they have requested from me in less than 10 days. Up until ow there is no response from them. I have sent emails check for updates. I dont get reaponse. I jave sent emails to the guy who i was comunicating with by the name of Muhamed. But to my suprise no responce. I sent emails to the insurance. It did not give me any answer as well. Please Peter help me. I need to fix my car as 8 jave yalen the insurance to do so. Thank you
