Service booking query

For the past two days I have been wait to hold the line while they get somebody who will book my car in for a service and I am fast reaching the kilometers on my car. At this rate I think I will get more joy in servicing the car myself but I am afraid I may not be reimbursed for that.<br> <br> all I ask is that somebody.....anybody please answer the phone and book my car in. I was given a number to call of a company that handles the servicing but it does not go through and still doesnt get through. As I type this complaint I am still holding for an mfc consulting who is 'trying to put me through'.<br> <br> I am not sure how hard it is to book a car in for a service, I definitely can get a better service if I did the booking myself.
